Thank You! The support team thanks our members for their patience during our recent equipment upgrades. The new equipment installed at Pine Glade and Janelle lays a foundation for stronger service throughout the network now that we've learned how to properly configure it. Your patience during our difficult learning process and your understanding that the support team's primary goal is to provide every member the best possible service is greatly appreciated.
